The deposit reserves a unit from our first production run and locks in the $99 founding price ($129 after launch). It's credited toward your order — you pay the remaining $69 only when your comfyloo is ready to ship, and we'll email you before charging anything. Until then it's fully refundable, anytime, for any reason, no questions asked.
We're finalizing manufacturing now. Reservation holders get first-run priority and regular production updates — and if the timeline ever stops working for you, your deposit comes straight back.
Because we tested it. We 3D-printed prototypes at multiple heights and let real users try them. Taller stools force an aggressive squat many people find cramped — so they stop using them. 10 cm was the height testers consistently preferred and kept using: a real knee lift that still feels like sitting, not perching.
The stool is freestanding and shaped to hug the base of virtually any pedestal toilet. The seat pads fit standard round and elongated seats, and the arm clamps to the pan rim — no drilling, no adhesive, nothing permanent. Setup takes about 2 minutes with no tools.
Honest answer: most people already bring their phone in. The arm fixes the worst part of that habit — hunching over your hand — and keeps hands free. Prefer to skip it? Leave it in the box; the stool and seat pads work completely on their own.
Once your comfyloo arrives, you have 30 nights to use it at home. If it's not a clear, noticeable improvement, send it back for a full refund — including your deposit. We'd rather refund you than have an unused comfyloo in your cupboard.
